The Atlas 70™
Intake Assessment
Why We Start with the Atlas 70™ Intake Assessment.
WHO IS Atlas 70™ FOR?
Atlas Intake Assessment
Your full-body roadmap starts here.
If you’re exhausted, gaining weight for no clear reason, waking up at 3 a.m., riding mood swings, dealing with brain fog or thyroid symptoms, or you just don’t feel like yourself—being told “your labs are normal” is incredibly frustrating.
At Atlas Health & Wellness, we rely on precise measurements rather than making assumptions. We measure first.
Every hormone, thyroid, TRT, and medical weight loss plan at Atlas begins with the Atlas Intake Assessment so we can see the whole picture from day one—not just a few basic labs.
This one-time, deep-dive starting point is designed to:
Go far beyond standard “annual labs” focused only on disease screening
Connect your symptoms to specific hormone, thyroid, metabolic, inflammatory, and nutrient patterns
Build a personalized 6–12 month roadmap, instead of jumping into trial-and-error treatment
The Atlas Intake Assessment is ideal if you:
Have “normal labs” but still feel exhausted, puffy, or off
Are in perimenopause or menopause and noticing big changes
Suspect thyroid or Hashimoto’s issues beyond a basic TSH
Struggle with stubborn weight despite doing everything “right”
Experience mood, sleep, libido, or cycle changes
Are ready for clear answers and a plan, not more guessing
HOW IT WORKS
Atlas 70™ Comprehensive Lab Panel (70+ biomarkers)
A full-body lab panel designed for root-cause insight, not just basic screening. It evaluates key markers for blood health, metabolism, heart and insulin risk, inflammation, and thyroid function—including antibodies. We also test reproductive hormones, stress response, growth markers (IGF-1), and nutrient levels. This panel establishes a clear baseline to understand how your systems interact and helps identify why you may be experiencing fatigue, brain fog, or stubborn weight.
Deep-Dive Consultation (Plan-Building)
Once your labs are in, you’ll meet with your clinician to review your biomarkers, symptoms, history, and goals. We identify key drivers (hormones, thyroid, metabolism, inflammation, gut, stress, and nutrients) and create a clear plan—covering medications, supplements, nutrition, sleep, stress, and lifestyle. You’ll also find out if options like HRT/TRT, thyroid support, GLP-1 medications, peptides, gut protocols, or medical weight loss are right for you—so you leave with clarity, not guesswork.
Personalized 6–12 Month Treatment Roadmap
You’ll leave with a clear, structured plan you can follow—built around phased steps and realistic timelines. Your roadmap includes medication recommendations when appropriate, detailed guidance for supplements, nutrition, sleep, and stress, plus a follow-up strategy so we can adjust as your body responds. The goal is steady progress with clarity—not “watch and wait.”

Why The Atlas 70™ Intake Assessment?
Why We Start with This Testing
From Medical Director, Kori Kirkhope, APRN–CNP
By the time most people come to Atlas, they’ve already been told, “Everything looks normal,” even though they feel anything but normal. They’re exhausted, frustrated, gaining weight, and struggling to sleep—all while wondering if it’s just in their head.
It’s not. And that’s why we always start with comprehensive testing.
Our Atlas Intake Assessment gives us the full picture from day one. We look at everything—hormones, thyroid function, metabolism, inflammation, nutrients, and stress patterns—not just a handful of basic labs. Seeing how these systems work together allows us to:
Explain exactly why you feel the way you do.
Prioritize what needs attention first.
Build a clear, step-by-step plan instead of just guessing.
Our goal isn't to temporarily relieve your symptoms; it's to give you answers, a clear strategy, and a realistic timeline. You'll understand what we're doing, why we're doing it, and what to expect next. This in-depth testing is what makes it all possible.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
In most cases, no—and that’s on purpose. Insurance is typically designed to cover minimal screening labs, not comprehensive hormone, thyroid, metabolic, inflammatory, and nutrient panels like the Atlas 70™. When patients try to run similar testing through insurance, only the basics are often approved and more advanced markers can be denied—leading to incomplete data and surprise self-pay bills.
-
Primary care clinicians care deeply, but they often work within strict insurance billing rules, short visit times, and screening-only guidelines. That typically limits testing to basic panels (CBC, CMP, lipids, sometimes TSH), which can be helpful for safety screening but often doesn’t explain fatigue, brain fog, weight resistance, midlife hormone changes, or thyroid issues beyond a single TSH value.
-
Often, yes. When appropriate, we’ll use insurance for medications such as thyroid medication, testosterone, metformin, Contrave, phentermine, and certain HRT formulations. If something isn’t well-covered (for example, some compounded hormones or peptides), we provide clear cash pricing so you can decide what’s right for you.
-
Because symptoms are rarely caused by a single number. Energy, hormones, thyroid, metabolism, inflammation, sleep, stress, mood, and digestion are interconnected. A whole-body evaluation helps us diagnose more accurately, personalize treatment, reduce trial-and-error, avoid unnecessary future labs, and often lower long-term costs by getting to the root sooner.
-
Yes. This is not a one-off lab review—it’s the starting point of your long-term care plan at Atlas. You’ll leave with a personalized 6–12 month roadmap, clear phases and expectations, recommendations when appropriate, and a follow-up strategy so your plan can be adjusted as your body responds.
